Q: Where is the retreat?
A: The Black Spur Forest (Yarra Ranges, Victoria). Appx. 1hr 50 min (88 kms) from Melbourne

Q: What happens when I get there?
A: Upon arrival, you decide if:
• You want to sit with a trained coach to determine your weekend goals and work out the best program to achieve mutually agreed outcomes OR
• You want to fly solo and discover things on your own
• Regardless of what you choose, staff will be available 24/7 to help you with your needs.

Q: Can I adjust accommodation on day of arrival?
